At Education Lincs, ICT Support is important to us. Providing development support and training for both the school office and curriculum to maximise a schools ICT experience. Support includes regular on-site visits with online and telephone support. Training is built into the service to ensure that the maximum value is gained from the investment in ICT.
Regular technician support
Regular maintenance will be provided by a DBS Verified Education Lincs Technician usually as a half day visit to the school. Visits are structured and tailored around the needs and requirements of the school. The service includes support for Windows Systems, Apple Mac and Apple iOS devices, as well as networking, board display and bespoke software. Each visit will initially cover the jobs in order of priority that have been logged to the dedicated help desk system. The service will also offer one to one training for staff in school on the use of software on Macs, PCs and iOS devices. The range of in-house sessions will be developed and expanded to suit the needs of schools.
